Can I Exchange Defective Products or Products I am not happy with?
We want all of our members to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we have The Mr Feelgood Satisfaction Guarantee and we will happily exchange it for a different product. Simply return the defective product. Please make sure you only use 10% of the item to get an exchange on the return.
How do I use a promotional code?
Promotional codes are only valid when you purchase more than one strain from the same price category. Please ask your phone person if you have any questions.
Ex. If you buy 4 of the 1/4 oz’s to make an ounce in the $190 special it would show as $75 for each quarter and that would be $300, so you would use the coupon code ‘4Q190’ on the deals page above the items to get a $110 discount to make the $190 special. This give you 4 different strains to smoke and you get a great variety as apposed to just one full ounce of the same strain.
What is the Delivery time and fees?
Please see delivery rates on the bottom of the first page. Delivery is 1-3 hours or it is free for purchases under $100. Purchases of $100 and over are free delivery in Kitchener, Waterloo and only $5 in Cambridge,
Can I pay using Credit or Debit?
Cash is the only form of payment. Currently we are not set up for Credit or Debit payments.
